The show

Built on Implants

Conversations with the doctors who built implant and full-arch practices: how they started, the turning point, and what they would tell a dentist five years behind them.

Hosted by Nir Moshe. A new show, recording its first conversations now.

Why this show

Most of what dentists hear about growth comes from the big chains and the people selling to them. The stories that actually help, a practice that grew on its own, one patient and one referral at a time, are rarely told by the people who lived them.

This show is where they get told, for the dentists a few years behind who are trying to build the same thing.

The conversation

  1. 1What did the practice look like in year one?
  2. 2What was the turning point?
  3. 3What would you tell a dentist five years behind you?

That is the whole interview. No script, no prep.

For guests

  • 30 minutes on Zoom, no prep. The three questions arrive the day before.
  • The full conversation, edited, published on YouTube.
  • 4 to 6 short clips cut for your own pages, yours to keep.
  • A page here about you and your practice, linking to your website.
  • You see the edit before anything goes live.
  • No cost, and no pitch. Not on the call, not after it.

Your host

Nir Moshe

I work on the marketing side of full-arch practices, which means I hear the story of how a practice grew second-hand all the time. I started this show to hear it first-hand, from the doctors who lived it, and to put it where the next generation of implant dentists can find it.

The show is not a sales channel. Guests come on to tell their story, and that is all they are asked to do.
